- Feasibility Studies

For any institution — public authority, corporate foundation, investment fund — wishing to create a cultural project. Together we reflect on the desired objective and the expected audience; based on the resources invested, I define the appropriate curatorial or scientific project. This could be the creation of a museum to house a private collection, whether within a new building or a historic site to be acquired, the opening of a château to the public, or the organization of temporary exhibitions within an existing venue.

- Cultural Programming

For a hotel, wine estate, city, or museum wishing to diversify its offer through high-quality cultural programming. Together, we will create the signature of your cultural programme and give your brand a positioning that makes it both known and loved. From a music festival to a summer public event, or a series of conferences, I know the recipes for a successful programme that will increase the attractiveness and reputation of your site.

- Project Management Assistance (AMO)

Supporting an owner or manager in the implementation of architectural projects, new mediation tools, the production of a documentary film, or the creation of a restaurant or shop. My operational experience in direct contact with the public has led me to manage many projects: documentary film production, creating restaurants within museums, overseeing historic monument works in collaboration with supervisory authorities, developing mediation tools for better engagement with collections, integrating digital technologies into visitor experiences without distorting the encounter with artworks, and designing bookshops and boutiques conceived as experiences in their own right.
